Overview
The Pilot VX is an advanced automated testing system designed to significantly reduce test time, enhance flexibility, ensure traceability, and deliver high precision. With a 50% reduction in test time, the system utilizes an advanced motion control system, AI-driven test flow optimization, and parallel testing capabilities without compromising stability or coverage. Its flexibility allows it to handle a wide range of PCBs, from simple bare boards to complex double-sided and flexible circuits, eliminating the need for multiple test systems. The traceability feature provides detailed test data collection, including mechanical pressure applied by test probes, enabling precise defect analysis and quality certification. With positioning accuracy of ±10 µm, the high precision capability allows the system to probe 50 µm pads and measure values as low as 25 fF capacitance and 200 µohm resistance.
