The non-flammable liquid formulation is not based on paraffin wax granules and dissolves hot melt adhesive from vertical hoses and glue application trays and wheels.

GHMP Thixo – Liquid Hot Melt Purge works by reducing the viscosity of the hot melt adhesive, loosening any decomposed, charred material and enabling hot melt residues to be flushed easily from your pre-melt tank, glue applicator system or hose.

Areas of Application

GHMP Thixo is used in pre emptied hot melt systems / equipment and typically where end users are operating via a vertical pump / hose system where the glue roller / return hose needs to be cleaned along with the glue tank / reservoir.

Tanks and Hoses can be cleaned in 1 simple action by circulating GMP Thixo through the hose system and back into the tank to enable circulation, therefore cleaning both the tank and hose at the same time.
