Top and Bottom Hot Melt Carton Sealer
Automatic hot melt case sealers with manual adjustment and flap-closer automatically fold the top flaps of American type boxes and glue the top and bottom flaps.
The GA-HMTB303 and GA-HMTB303 XL are high-speed, automatic hot melt carton sealers designed to handle American-type boxes with precision and reliability. These machines fold and seal both the top and bottom flaps simultaneously using Nordson ProBlue Flex hot melt technology.
The filled boxes enter the sealer with the bottom flaps already folded, while the system activates the flap-closer to fold and glue the top flaps as they pass through.
Built for industrial packing lines, these machines offer manual size adjustments and consistent performance up to 22 boxes per minute. They are a perfect fit for end-of-line automation in e-commerce, food, pharmaceutical, and logistics sectors.
The use of dual orifice nozzles ensures efficient adhesive distribution, minimizing waste while maximizing sealing strength.
